Newmarket Square, Dublin 8
Newmarket Square is a re-development of an area within The Liberties of Dublin City Centre consisting of a 151-bed hotel and 414 apartments. Branagan Carpentry were awarded the residential and hotel carpentry packages by the main contractor BAM. We have been working on site since mid-2022, completing the hotel carpentry package in December 2023 with the residential due to finish during quarter 1, 2024.
Drogheda Civic Offices, Co Louth
This is the redevelopment and refurbishment of existing structures within the Conservation Area of Fair Street, Drogheda. Branagan Carpentry Limited were awarded the carpentry and roofing package on this project by the main contractor Townlink, which started in May 2023 and is currently ongoing.
Carrigaline Nursing Home, Cork
Branagan Carpentry were awarded the carpentry package on Carrigaline Nursing Home by the main contractor Esmonde Development and we finished on site at the end of 2023.
6 Pim Street, The Liberties, Dublin 8
This is a recent project for Branagan Carpentry as we started on site December 2023. We were awarded the carpentry fit-out package for this set of apartments by the main contractor McCallion Group which is due to complete during Q1 2024.
